St. Margaret's Bay! Get ready to say Hello to your new local tattoo artist :)

 I’ve been tattooing for over 16 years in Halifax, the last 8.5 of those years I’ve had my own private studio in the northend. I am sick of the city and haven’t actually lived in Halifax in almost 14 years, so I am moving my studio to my lovely community, ditching the commute and headaches to stay closer to home and to my kids school. 

THE STUDIO SPACE: I will still operate as a private, appointment only studio but don’t let that scare you off, that just means that when you’re in, I’m not distracted with walk ins or consults - it is your personal one on one time in a private, comfortable & unpretentious space :)

>>That being said, I am considering holding occasional walk-in flash days for the community with locally relevant predrawn designs to choose from, so stay tuned!<<

MY WORK: I specialize in nature tattoos, mostly flowers and animals.. and I work in both black & grey and color, including watercolor designs. I am originally from Cape Breton and that has helped shape my outdoorsy interests. 

NEW CLIENTS : Anyone can send in a booking request on my booking days, old and new clients. I’m so excited to finally move my creative space and hope to gain some new clients here locally so please keep an eye on my website - there is tons of info on here, also my Instagram page is updated pretty regularly with the most recent work. 

CURRENT CLIENTS: I hope as returning clients you continue to come get tattooed by me, although I understand I may lose some of you city folk due to the loss of convenient public transportation. BUT on the flipside, if you can make the drive out to me.. & for those of you who don’t live in the city core - I hope I can make you happy with all the free, convenient parking! And offer you less stress not dealing with coming directly into the city anymore 🙌🏼

THE LOCATION: Upper Tantallon has all the amenities you'd need and only 20-25 mins from Halifax. It is still within the HRM. I am not opening a studio in my house, the new space is in a brand new building in the heart of St Margaret's Bay. There is a thrift store in the same building as me and there is wood fired pizza right across the road (The Rustic Crust) with a seasonal beer garden - a great way to spend the afternoon in St Margaret’s Bay after your appt. 

Other local hot spots include Cavicchis Meats (sandwiches, donuts, ice cream) and The Bike & Bean (for all your caffine fixes) which are located a leisurely stroll away on the rails to trails tree lined trail that you can access right outside our building.
There is a gas station, grocery store, and 2 banks all within this area.
